I like that! No wonder Amazon is doing well in a difficult market place. Recently came across a comment attributed to Jeff Bezos on the Atlassian web-site which makes perfect sense “If you have an unhappy customer on the Internet, he doesn’t tell his six friends, he tells his 6000 friends.”

Yes, amazon is doing welll since its always on the leading edge of services. They have a really strong network of partnerships from the looks of it and constantly keep the consumer in mind!
Btw.. any plans to visit Boston?

Boston has a few temples we havent been to as well. Am planning to do the rounds in July / August if possible.
